Founder & Chief Executive Officer, TTL

Dr. Lamek Ronoh is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with over 19 years of extensive experience spanning cybersecurity strategy, IT governance, risk management, and information systems audit. He holds a PhD in IT Security and Audit, as well as a Master’s degree in Information Systems, reflecting a deep academic and practical understanding of the evolving digital landscape.

Currently serving as a government cybersecurity consultant, Dr. Ronoh has played a pivotal role in shaping and securing critical infrastructure, advising on national-level cyber defense strategies, and implementing robust information assurance frameworks. His leadership has been instrumental in driving secure digital transformation across various sectors.

As the Founder and CEO of TTL  Dr. Ronoh a vision of empowering organizations to navigate complex cybersecurity challenges with confidence. Under his guidance, TTL offers specialized consultancy services in cybersecurity, IT audits, compliance, and strategic advisory, helping clients build resilient, secure, and compliant digital ecosystems.

Mrs Elseba Birech

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer:

Mrs Elseba Birech is an experienced finance and business administration professional with over 14 years of expertise in accounting, financial management, and operational oversight. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Diploma in Business Administration, equipping her with both strategic insight and practical know-how in running efficient business operations.

As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of TTL she leads the company’s financial strategy, oversees accounting and financial reporting, and ensures regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping. Her role is central to maintaining the financial health, transparency, and operational integrity of the organization.

With a strong commitment to precision, accountability, and growth, Elseba works closely with the CEO to support long-term planning and sustainable success. Her leadership in finance ensures that TTL operates on a sound fiscal foundation while delivering trusted services to clients.

Ms Janet Barsulai

Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer

Ms Janet Jepkosgei Barsulai  is a seasoned cybersecurity and tax investigations professional with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology, governance, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is PRINCE2 certified, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic project management to her role.

Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer at TTL, she leads the company’s service delivery, regulatory compliance, strategic partnerships, and marketing efforts. Her focus is on aligning the company’s offerings with national and global standards while ensuring high-impact client solutions.

Ms Barsulai  has spearheaded key national initiatives in digital tax systems, cybersecurity policy, and fraud prevention, and currently serves on Kenya’s taskforce shaping cybersecurity and artificial intelligence strategies. She also holds a stake in TTL Company, reflecting her broader industry influence.

With a sharp focus on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory alignment, she plays a vital role in driving TTL’s mission to deliver secure, compliant, and forward-thinking solutions in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Krishna Sharma Nemani

Chief Technology Officer

Krishna, a seasoned leader with over 15 years of global experience in Cyber & Information Security. Krishna’s expertise spans technology, solution architecture, and GRC, cultivated across diverse markets including North America, the U.K., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He brings a wealth of knowledge in technology platforms, IT products, and IT services, with a proven track record of working with independent software vendors and end-user companies in sectors like Healthcare, SaaS, and Banking. Most recently, Krishna served as an Advisor for CISOs and as a Cyber Security Leader at Innovapptive, where he spearheaded security solutions for their SaaS platform. Prior to that, he held an Operations Leader role at Sutherland Global Services. Krishna’s deep security insights will be invaluable to our team.
